Delivery costs for the UK:
 
  • All orders  £2.95 per order (not per item)
  • Extra charges will apply to parts of Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight

Delivery is not included in the price of items shown on this site.

Although an alternative address can usually be accommodated we reserve the right to restrict delivery to the cardholders statement address only.
 
Orders received before 12noon will normally be despatched the same day
In stock items will usually reach you within 2-3 working days. If an item is out of stock deliveries can take longer. Similarly, during peak periods (for example Christmas) we recommend you allow plenty of time for delivery. As certain suppliers have longer lead times than others please allow up to 28 days for delivery in the UK
 

Returns

Please contact us first before returning goods. We guarantee to replace or refund faulty products upon receipt and inspection of goods within a period of 12 months from purchase date. We will replace or refund goods which don't fit or are unsuitable provided the goods are unused and are in a saleable condition.
 

Availability

The situation may occur where we get more orders than stock in a 24hr period. This means it may be possible to order an item we have sold out of. Unfortunately this is unavoidable due to technological limitations.
If this does occur we will email you with details of expected deliery times. You then have the choice to wait for the item to arrive back in stock or cancel your order.

Items with no or long expected delivery date from suppliers are usually marked out of stock.

In store we offer excellent advice on the products and free fitting for larger purchases such as suspension forks, disc brakes and headsets.
