Because of the terrain all the rides include a degree
of
technical
riding
&
the
old
adage
of
rider
beware
applies
&
each
rider
must
take
full
responsibility
for
his
or
herself.
If
you
are
unsure
about
the
pace,
a
good
benchmark
is
if
you
have
to
push
your
bike
up
road
hills,
the
rides
are
probably
not
for
you.
Intense bikes & frames
