  • Full bike check over, ensuring your bike is safe to ride
  • Bike Washed
  • Gears indexed
  • Drivetrain degreased
  • Chain lubed (Oil or Wax)
  • All bolts checked and torqued
  • Brakes inspected and adjusted
  • Tyres Pumped up
  • Headset tightened


Level 2 service also includes

  • Headset serviced, bearings removed, cleaned and greased or replaced if needed (additional cost)
  • Both wheels trued in our precision stand
  • Handle bars laser aligned
  • Cranks removed, bottom bracket cleaned and regreased or replaced if needed (additional cost)

In some cases new parts are needed for your bike to perform correctly (brake pads, gear cable, inner tube etc), we will do this without contacting you up to a value of £40. If you are NOT happy with this you must inform us before work commences on your bike.
